Little Fox Chinese Mobile App Subscription Guide

Little Fox Chinese is available through our website and the Little Fox Chinese mobile app for iOS and Android devices. Signing up on our website is currently free for all users. However, in order to access content on the mobile app, users must purchase a paid subscription.


Website vs. App Accounts

• You can use an existing Little Fox Chinese website account to log in to the app. To receive full access to our content, you must purchase a subscription.

• You can use an account created on the Little Fox Chinese app on the website.


In-App Purchase Subscriptions

• Payments on the app are made through an app store's in-app purchase function. Little Fox does not have access to your device's payment history.

• Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store cannot be used on Android devices, and subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store cannot be used on iOS devices.


Using on Different Devices

• You can use a paid subscription on a different device if it is the same operating system (iOS or Android) and using the same app store account.

• For iOS devices:

    1. Make sure your iOS devices are using the same app store account.

    2. Install the Little Fox Chinese app on the second iOS device and log in.

    3. Click the gear icon at the top-right of the screen.

    4. Click restore purchases.

• For Android devices, no additional steps are necessary.


Technical Support

• For technical support, contact us using the Contact Us feature within the app. This will create an email with the log file from your app. Please include your username and a description of the problem in the email.


Refunds

• For iOS subscriptions: Refunds must be handled through the Apple App store. Please use the Report a Problem link found on your email receipt.

• For Android subscriptions: Please forward us a copy of your email receipt from the Google Play Store.
